Performed 3 design reviews for OT-2 project including incorporation of some 400 RFI and change order "Lessons Learned" from the OT-1 project into the OT-2 design.

Value engineered the OT-2 project resulting in $5 million in savings and redesign of the project from a joist slab building to a post tensioned flat slab building design.

Prepared budget estimates of some 51 tenant requested changes during design amounting to $11.7 million worth of work added during design beyond the core and shell cost.
